Get Involved in CERFHigh Road Transition Collaboratives (HRTC)
HRTCs represent California’s 13 distinct regional economies and bring together diverse community, labor, industry, and business interests.
On October 20, 2022, the CERF Leadership team announced the CERF Planning Phase awards. As part of CERF’s initial planning phase, 13 economic development entities known as High Road Transition Collaboratives (HRTCs) received $5 million each to develop roadmaps, including a strategy and recommended series of investments, for their region. HRTCs represent California’s 13 distinct regional economies and bring together diverse members of the labor, industry, and business sectors as well as community interests.
Each region will be supported by an OPR CERF team member and a GO-Biz Regional Economic Recovery Coordinator (RERC). Contact information for each HRTC, OPR CERF staff, and GO-Biz RERC can be found below.
