    1. HCD staff will provide an overview of HCD’s CDBG-MIT program, describe the program’s Action Plan and Citizen Advisory Committee, and ICARP’s proposed role to serve as the Citizen Advisory Committee.
    ACTION:
    1. Voting on ICARP TAC role to serve as the Citizen Advisory Committee for HCD’s CDBG-MIT program.

Meeting Information

The California Governor’s Office of Planning and Research (OPR) is following directives from the Governor’s Executive Orders N-29-20 and N-33-20 as well as the California Department of Public Health’s recommendations regarding public gatherings. As a result, unless otherwise noted, all ICARP Technical Advisory Council (the Council) meetings will be a remote meeting only held via a zoom video and teleconference. There will be no physical public access location. OPR remains steadfast in its goals to promote transparency and public participation. To do so, OPR has provided a publicly accessible zoom teleconference and video link. Please note there may be some technical issues during the remote-only Council meetings.

If you wish to give comment, please notify the meeting moderator. Prior to making your comments, please state your name for the record and identify any group or organization you represent. Depending on the number of individuals wishing to address the Council, the Chair may establish specific time limits on presentations.
